The East KY Racing Message Board over the past several years has grown thanks to the fans, tracks, and drivers and marketing partners of Eastern Ky.
The East KY Racing Message Board has earned the reputation as being a very well respected message board that is a valuable source of information for this region; Track Owners, Track Promoters, Series Owners, Series Promoters, Track Officials, Drivers, and Race Fans from all over Eastern KY and Race Fans all over the nation that follow friends and family that may race here in Eastern KY visit the East KY Message Board regularly.
Since the board was created the board has been extremely lucky to have found members that believe in the same goals as I have in wanting a place for the tracks, drivers, and fans of this area to have a place to be proud of and call a home on the internet to talk with other people with the same interest, a one stop location for the latest information about the tracks and drivers of Eastern KY. I have also been lucky to find a group of Moderators that has helped me watch over the board and keep the board content respectable and suitable for all ages to view and read, this is why the board has been so successful.
It is now time to once again prepare for the upcoming racing season and once again marketing partners are being sought.
Over the past few seasons, the board has continue to grow from only a few 1,000 page views a month, to last season total that sometimes reached over 150,000 page views in one month and daily unique hits that reached over 600 per day during the peak of the racing season. The 2009 season has all the makings of being just as successful as in seasons past due to the formation of some new divisions for the area that will peak interest of some new fans, special events that are planned for this area, with several series races planned for the area tracks, including, O'Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Races along with some great local regular shows each and every week the 2008 season on the East KY Racing Message Board should continue to set new records as it has in the years past, also with the wide spread popularity of the Go-Kart divsions and tracks growing the board has began to draw a new fan base centered around Karting in the region.
For the 2010 season the East KY Racing Message Board will offer 3 different packages for businesses to choose from, below is a explaination of each package.
First Package: The Gold Package that will get ads on all the forums everytime or anywhere someone goes on the board the ads will be there at the top of the forum in other words every single page view of the board will have the ad at the top of the board. This package will be $150 this will include the banner of the business and a link back to their website through there banner.
Second Package: The Silver Package which is the business banner on the front page of the board, with it linked back to the business, this package would get businesses seen when people come on the board and on the main page, there banners would not go beyond the front page of the board and their banner would be linked back to their website. This Package would be $100
Third Package: The Bronze Package, this package is mainly focused on the tracks ads I am reserving for the tracks on the board, since the board centers around the tracks and their success this package will be negotiable with me it will depend on how they can help me promote the board at their tracks while I am trying to promote their track on the board. This offer will also be open to maybe a shirt company or graphic company that will make the board some promotional stickers, or shirts that I can sell and make some money for future improvements to the board.
The Ads from the sponsors of the East KY Racing Message Board will be displayed right below the information area, and right above the message board forums. The size of the banner will be determined by the amount of interest in this ad campaign I would like to keep the banners in the 288 X 151 pixel range which is the size of the Draughns Racing banner located at the bottom of the main page of the forums now, but if there is a lot of interest in this project then the size of the banners may be smaller to make sure they all look nice and fit in a area, but they will be big enough so everyone will be able to read the banners. Also any sponsors the board has that has a website, the banner will be linked to the sponsors official website, where all the people that view the board has to do is click on the banner and it will take them to the website, like the Tim Short Automotive banner is setup. Also I will not be responsible for designing the banners that will be displayed it will be left up to each sponsor to email me a banner this will assure the sponsor that the banner is to their satisfaction before it is put on the board.
